Skill: Tabata Ring Holds (switching from top and bottom of hold)

WOD: 6 rounds for time:
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
10 Pull Ups
15 Push Press (95/65)


3 rounds for time of:

10 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Pull Ups
30 Push Press (95/65)


Happy Monday to you all.  The dust has settled and now you may be realizing exactly how sore you actually are.  Fortunately for you, this exact workout is the recipe for making you even more sore!  You once again have your pick of how to do today’s workout.  6 rounds with quick, but numerous rotations, or a seeming short workout that will add up incredibly fast.  Loads are light and if you are scaling, do so in such fashion.  Whichever option you select be sure to make it something that allows you to continue moving forward without many breaks.  No matter the option there is a lot of work to do, but this should still be a fast workout if focused on properly.  Please be aware that my birthdays are exactly three weeks away and time is starting to run out on what you are going to get me.  And do not worry, I have gotten you all a very nice workout for my birthday…
